While we constantly try to ensure that orders are completed accurately, mistakes do occasionally happen, and when they do, we want to get them fixed as soon as possible for you.
You can return any unused items to us if for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your order. Ensure the product is returned to us safely, unopened, and in its original condition.
Within 14 working days of purchase, we provide a complete refund and exchange for boxed, sealed products. Fragrance oils in bottles made of transparent glass or crystal are excluded. Refunds are not available on things that are on sale, reduced, or discounted. Please be aware that we can only help with a refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Before getting a video or photograph as evidence of damage.
